QBHacks: Delay

Hello everyone,

Unfortunately, we are going to have to delay the hackathon from Feb 18-19 to March 4-5 due to issues with finalizing prizes and polishing our workshops. We apologize for this delay and hope you are able to attend on March 4-5.
